Union Public Service Commission UPSC Has released a notification on official website for the DAF for the Post of Indian Statistical Service (ISS) & Indian Economics Service (IES).UPSC DAF Application Form has started from 06 August 2025 & the candidates can apply till the 20 August 2025. Candidates must check the complete details.

UPSC IES/ISS Recruitment 2025 : Eligibility Criteria 

  • Indian Economic Service IES: Candidates must hold a Postgraduate Degree in Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, or Econometrics from a recognized university.
  • Indian Statistical Service ISS: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics as one of the subjects or a Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, or Applied Statistics from a recognized university.

  • Visit the official UPSC portal:

    • Use upsconline.gov.in or upsc.gov.in (check both, as the link may appear in either)

  • Click on the IES/ISS Result link:

    • Look for “IES, ISS Result 2025” on the homepage under “result” or “What’s New” section

  • Log in with your details:

    • Enter your Registration ID / Roll Number, Date of Birth, and Captcha (if prompted)

  • View and download the result:

    • Your Result will be displayed on-screen; click Download and Print it. Ensure the printout is clear and legible.
