- Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or Cost and Management Accountant (from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, formerly ICWAI)
AND
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (or 55% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories)
